There are many factors that go into the total investment for a trip and all destinations are different. The itineraries we design typically start at $500 per person per day for a luxury level experience that includes hotels, transportation, and activities.
The Vacationist

This service is typically selected for an all inclusive resort vacation or a U.S. domestic trip.

The Explorer
Perfect for vacations in a destination that offers two experiences within one country.
Destinations we commonly see this service used for are Hawaii, Saint Lucia, Costa Rica and single country Europe itineraries.

- 2 hotel reservations, or 1 hotel + 1 cruise reservation

$450 Planning Fee

The Globetrotter
Perfect for honeymooners, milestone birthdays, anniversaries, and bucket list trips.
This service is for trips with 3 or more stops. Itineraries we commonly plan include Europe, Africa and Southeast Asia.

Are you struggling to select the right destination or the perfect resort for your destination wedding? Look no further! We’ll save you the time and frustration of doing all the research on your own, and guide you through the process.
$1,500 Group Management Fee
Please Note:
100% of the planning fee is due upon hiring and is non-refundable.
- When payment is made, you will also be required to sign a terms and conditions agreement.
- Change fees do apply to any major changes made after the proposal phase.
- Cancellation Fee: $50 per reservation cancellation. (this applies to all flight, hotel, cruise, tour, rental car, and private transfer bookings)
Planning services outside of package inclusions are available and billed at $75 per hour.
Rates are per couple or family.
- Families requiring more than 1 room or cabin, will have apportioned planning fees dependent on the number of travelers.
- Groups of 3+ couples or families with the same itinerary qualify for 50% off the planning fee.
Rates can vary and are dependent on the number of travelers, destination, length of stay, and complexity of the trip.
